Got single room with tea, a very comfy bed, tea bags etc as expected. The location was particularly good for exploring this domestic area, adjacent to London and the airports, and Hornchurch tube and Hornchurch shopping centre. Havering district was worth exploring.

Homely venue, welcoming stuff. Perfect and excellant location to Hornchurch restaurants & shops, good for visiting Hornchurch. And next to restaurant's and bars, central London and the grounds. Good cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit in the morning.

Overall - nicely presented place with friendly efficient staff in touch with her manager. Location - really handy and convenient, near town centre and underground, London and the airports and Hornchurch and station. Again, not far from Hornchurch Country Park.

The hotel was not as advertised, it felt more like a bed and breakfast and lacked professionalism. The room was uncomfortable, being on the roof with insufficient heating.
